The flow channel (16) includes: a first channel (80) that connects an upstream channel (60) and a downstream channel (70), the first channel (80) having a leukocyte removal filter (82) for removing leukocytes at an intermediate position along the flow path (14); and a second channel (90) that connects the upstream channel (60) and the downstream channel (70), the second channel (90) bypassing the leukocyte removal filter (82).
