临床分析输血检验流程的环节质量控制分析

摘要

为分析临床输血检验流程中应用环节质量控制的有效方法，于2014年1月开始实施输血检验流程环节质量控制，随机选取2014年2月——12月期间收治的80例输血治疗患者作为观察组，另随机选择同期（未实施质量控制）收治的80例输血治疗患者作为对照组，比较两组患者的疾病感染发生率、不良反应发生率和患者满意度评分。观察组患者感染性疾病发生率和输血反应发生率均显著低于对照组，组间差异 P＜0.05，认为有统计学意义。在患者满意度评分方面，对照组显著低于观察组，组间差异 P＜0.05，认为有统计学意义。说明应严格遵守临床输血检验流程中每个环节的质量控制要求，保证每个环节的质量控制效果，提高输血治疗的安全性，保护患者的人身安全。%Effective method for analysis of clinical blood transfusion in the inspection process in the application of process quality control and in January 2014 began implementation of blood transfusion in the inspection process quality control randomly selected 2014 years 2 months to 12 months in our hospital during the period of 80 cases of blood transfusion in the treatment of patients as the observation group, another randomly selected over the same period (not implemented quality control) were treated 80 cases of blood transfusion patients as control group, compared two groups of patients with the disease infection, the incidence of adverse reaction incidence rate and patient satisfaction scores.
