大面积脑梗塞的临床特点与治疗

摘要

目的：讨论大面积脑梗死患者的临床特点以及临床治疗方法。方法选取我院内科2012年1月～2014年6月收治治疗的40例大面积脑梗死患者，回顾性的对所有患者的临床资料进行分析。结果40例大面积脑梗死患者经过有效的治疗后，其中有25例患者获得显效，有12例患者获得有效，有3例患者获得无效，其患者的治疗总有效率为92.5％，显效率为62.5%。结论对于大面积脑梗死患者来说，及早采取有效的措施进行诊断与治疗具备着至关重要的作用，可以有效的对颅内压进行缓解。%Objective Discuss the clinical features of massive cerebral infarction and clinical treatment of patients.Methods My hospital department in January 2012 -2014 in June admitted to the treatment of 40 cases of massive cerebral infarction patients, retrospective clinical data on all patients were analyzed.Results 40 cases of massive cerebral infarction patients after effective treatment, of which 25 patients were cured, 12 cases were effective, three patients were invalid, the patient's treatment, the total effective rate was 92.5%, markedly effective was 62.5%.Conclusion For patients with massive cerebral infarction, early and effective diagnosis and treatment measures have a crucial role in intracranial pressure can effectively be mitigated.
