化脓性阑尾炎切除术后切口感染应用预见性护理措施的效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze suppurative appendicitis resection after infection of incision, increase of the clinical efect of application of predictive nursing measures. Methods Colecting 132 cases of patients with appendicitis resection in our as the research object in each group of patients in 66 cases. The control group were treated by routine nursing mode, experimental group were treated by predictive nursing, the incidence of infection in patients with two groups of line and nursing satisfaction analysis contrast.Results The results showed that in the experimental group appear only in 1 red, 1 does not appear crack and induration, the incidence of infection was 1.52%, the control group in six cases of infection, including 4 cases of red and 2 cases of scleroma, the incidence of infection was 9.09%, experimental infection rates significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection of incision, increase of application of predictive nursing measures after suppurative appendicitis resection has good clinical curative efect, is worth popularization in clinical application.%目的：分析化脓性阑尾炎切除术后切口感染应用预见性护理措施的临床效果。方法收集我院2012年5月～2014年6月期间实施化脓性阑尾炎切除术的患者132例作为研究对象，以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组与对照组，每组患者各66例。对照组患者采用常规护理模式，试验组患者采用预见性护理，对两组患者的感染发生率和护理满意度行分析对比。结果研究结果显示，试验组中仅出现1例红肿，未出现1例裂开及硬结，感染发生率为1.52%，对照组中有6名患者发生感染，包括4例红肿和2例硬结，感染发生率为9.09%，试验组感染发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。同时，试验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论化脓性阑尾炎切除术后切口感染应用预见性护理措施具有良好的临床疗效，能有效降低感染发生率，提高护理满意度，值得在临床应用上推广。
