肝硬化疾病诊断中应用生化检验项目的价值探讨

摘要

目的：探讨肝硬化疾病诊断中应用生化检验项目的价值。方法选取本院2015年1月～2016年5月诊治的85例肝硬化患者的临床资料，并将其设为研究组，同期选取健康体检者75例设为对照组，两组血清样本均予生化检验，对比两组检测结果。结果研究组ALT、AST、γ-GT、ALP、DBIL、TBIL水平较对照组高，且CHE、ALB及TP水平较对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论生化检验项目于肝硬化疾病诊断中检验价值高，可为其临床诊断肝硬化提供参考依据。%ObjectiveTo investigate the value of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. MethodsThe clinical data of 85 cases of liver cirrhosis patients in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected,and set it as the study group,75 healthy subjects were selected as control group,two serum samples were treated by biochemical test,two groups of test results were compared.Results The levels of ALT,AST,ALP,DBIL,TBIL and CHE in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the levels of γ-GT,ALB and TP were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical test project in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is higher,which can provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
