加减人参五味子汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期的临床疗效分析

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of modified ginseng and schisandra decoction in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.MethodsEighty-six children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method. The patients in the reference group were treated with routine methods,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with addition and subtraction of ginseng and schisandra decoction. To contrast the efficacy.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The immunological index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was also significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified ginseng and schisandra decoction has a good effect in relieving recurrent respiratory tract infection in children,and the laboratory indexes are obviously improved, which has high application value.%目的：分析加减人参五味子汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期的临床疗效。方法研究对象为本院2014年8月～2015年7月收治的86例小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期患者，通过随机数法将其分为实验组与对照组各43例。对照组患儿使用常规方法进行治疗，实验组患者接受加减人参五味子汤治疗。对比疗效。结果实验组患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患儿治疗后的免疫指标结果优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论加减人参五味子汤治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期的疗效好、实验室指标显著改善，具有较高的应用价值。
