微创射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探究分析射频热凝靶点消融术对腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗的临床疗效，为临床提供指导。方法选取2011年6月～2014年6月我院收治的220例经射频热凝靶点消融术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，分析所有患者的治疗效果。结果随访6个月，优188例，占比85.45%；良27例，占比12.27%；可5例，占比2.27%；优良率为97.72%。结论微创射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果满意。%ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods220 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted into our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation. The clinical effect was investigated and analyzed.ResultsAfter 6 months of folow-up,there were 188 cases of excelent,with rate of 85.45%,27 cases of good,with rate of 12.27%,and 5 cases of average,with rate of 2.27%. In total,fine rate of al patients was 97.72%.Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation have a great capability in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
