普外科术后患者静脉导管感染中预防性护理的应用

摘要

Objective To study the nursing measures for preventing venous catheter infection after operation in Department of general surgery.Methods70 cases of patients from January 2015 to January 2016,which were divided into two groups,the control group were given routine nursing measures,the observation group received preventive nursing measures based on the nursing,compared two groups of patients with venous catheter infection rates and patient satisfaction. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05),patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing measures can effectively reduce the risk of venous catheter infection in Department of general surgery patients,and help to improve patient satisfaction.%目的：研究普外科术后预防静脉导管感染中的护理措施。方法选择2015年1月～2016年1月诊治的70例手术患者，将其均分为两组，对照组患者实施常规护理措施，观察组患者在上述护理基础上实施预防性护理措施，比较两组患者静脉导管感染出现几率以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者出现静脉导管感染几率比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者满意度比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论普外科手术患者实施预防性护理措施能够有效降低静脉导管感染出现几率，同时有助于提升患者满意度。
