中医综合方案治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的临床观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy in children with purpura nephritis.Methods According to the 80 cases of children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis patients from March 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital were analyzed,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,control group using western medicine treatment,the experimental group used TCM comprehensive treatment,compare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,and the control group was 62.0%. The results were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of TCM comprehensive treatment in children with purpura nephritis is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment,the effective rate of treatment is higher,and it can be popularized and used.%目的：研究分析小儿紫癜性肾炎患者接受中医综合治疗的临床效果。方法对2011年3月～2014年3月我院的80例小儿紫癜性肾炎患者来进行研究分析，将患者分成对照组和实验组，对照组使用西医治疗，实验组使用中医综合治疗，对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果实验组的临床治疗有效率是97.5%，对照组的临床治疗有效率是62.0%，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小儿紫癜性肾炎患者接受中医综合治疗效果比常规西医治疗优秀，患儿治疗有效率更高。
