PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a malpractice occurs when selecting an optimum formulated medicine, in a Chinese medical diagnostic method by conventional measuring. PSOLUTION: The malpractice of the main problem in the present invention is prevented by using a formulated medicine fundamental data edition method edited by a determination method for setting dividingly relative weights of significance 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (1:very low, 2:low, 3: ordinary, 4:high, 5:very high) of a disease name (symptom name) for measuring/quantification, to a cell of a clinical feature certificate/clinical tendency certificate constituting a main clinical feature/common clinical tendency/sub-clinical feature corresponding to the disease name (sympton name) for selecting the optimum formulated medicine, a measure matrix Chinese medical diagnostic method for measuring by a mathematical analytical method for measure matrix calculation/metric simple calculation/metric probability calculation, and a Chinese medical integrated diagnostic information system of high precision system-designed by the formulated medicine fundamental data edition method/measure matrix Chinese medical diagnostic method.
