沙利度胺联合改良CTX-VTD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of thalidomide combined with modified CTX-VTD in the treatment of multiple myeloma.Methods30 cases of multiple myeloma patients as the research object,in the administration of thalidomide combined with modified CTX-VTD treatment.Results After the first course of treatment,4 cases were completely cured,5 cases relieve effect,4 cases of mild ease,14 cases of stable disease,3 cases of deterioration. After the third course,24 cases were cured completely,2 cases of mitigation effect was remarkable,1 case of slight relief,stable disease in 2 cases,1 case of disease progression,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of thalidomide combined with modified CTX-VTD treatment of multiple myeloma,has a significant effect,the total efficiency is high.%目的：探究沙利度胺联合改良CTX-VTD治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院30例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象，给予沙利度胺联合改良CTX-VTD治疗。结果第1个疗程后，4例完全治愈、5例缓解效果显著、4例轻微缓解、14例病情稳定、3例疾病恶化。第3个疗程后，24例患者完全治愈，有2例缓解效果显著，1例轻微缓解，2例病情稳定，1例疾病恶化。差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上应用沙利度胺联合改良CTX-VTD治疗多发性骨髓瘤，疗效显著，总有效率较高。
