引导式教育理念对脑瘫儿童康复护理效果的影响

         

摘要

目的:探究引导式教育理念对脑瘫儿童康复护理效果的影响。方法选取我院收治的42例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,随机分组,各21例。康复组予以常规康复护理,引导组于此基础上联合引导式教育理念。比较两组患儿临床效果及护理满意率。结果引导组临床总有效率90.5%高于康复组66.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);引导组护理满意率85.7%高于康复组61.9%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育理念与康复护理联合治疗脑瘫儿童可有效提高临床效果及患儿家属满意率。%ObjectiveThe effect of guided education on rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy is analyzed.Methods Selected 42 cases of cerebral palsy children in our hospital as the research object,random grouping,each of 21 cases. The rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation nursing,guide group in the rehabilitation group based on the combination of guided education concept. The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical total effective rate of the guide group was 90.5%,it was higher than that of the rehabilitation group 66.7%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the guide group was 85.7% higher than that of the rehabilitation group 61.9%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided education concept and rehabilitation nursing combined treatment of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the clinical effect and the satisfaction rate of the family members.
