引导式教育理念对改善脑瘫儿童康复护理效果的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨引导式教育理念对改善脑瘫儿童康复护理效果的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月期间在我院接受治疗的脑瘫儿童80例,随机分配法进行分组,观察组与对照组人数均等,各为40例。对照组患儿接受常规的康复护理;观察组患儿在引导式教育理念的指导下进行康复护理。比较两组患儿的康复护理效果。结果以粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)及Gesell评分测评两组患儿的康复效果。由结果可知,观察组患儿在上述两项指标上均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论引导式教育理念对改善脑瘫儿童康复护理效果具有积极的影响。%Objective To study the effect of conductive education idea on improving the rehabilitation nursing effect of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 80 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted con-ventional rehabilitation nursing, the observation group adopted rehabilitation nursing guided by the conductive education idea, and the rehabilitation nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was scored by the gross motor function measure and Gesell scale, and the results showed that the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and there were obvious differences between groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The conductive education idea has a positive effect on improving the rehabilitation nursing effect of chil-dren with cerebral palsy.
