神经外科重症患者行综合护理干预的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients in neurosurgical ICU.Methods 40 patients admitted to our hospital with severe neurosurgical patients,according to different methods of care were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group (20 cases),compared two groups of patients with infections and motor function during hospitalization for treatment recovery and viability.Results The incidence of infection in patients,motor function and viability than the control group,the results were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). ConclusionThe implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve the living and motor function in patients after surgery.%目的：探讨研究对神经外科重症患者进行综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的40例神经外科重症患者，依据护理方法的不同分为观察组（20例）和对照组（20例），对比两组患者在住院接受治疗期间发生感染和运动功能的恢复情况以及生活能力。结果观察组患者感染的发生率、运动功能以及生活能力均优于对照组，结果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实施综合护理干预能够有效降低感染的发生率，提高患者在手术后运动功能及生活能力。
