探讨泛酸与B族维生素用于口腔溃疡治疗的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of pantothenic acid and vitamin B combination for the clinical curative effect of the treatment of oral ulcer. MethodsSelection of our hospital patients with oral ulcer 69 cases were retrospectively analyzed,classified according to different treatment methods for pantothenic acid group,vitamin B group and combined treatment group.Results Combined treatment group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of vitamin B group and pantothenic acid group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). B vitamins group and pantothenic acid group,the total efficiency difference no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy of pantothenic acid and vitamin B oral ulcer clinical curative effect obvious,and no adverse reaction,high security.%目的：探讨泛酸与B族维生素联合用于治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的口腔溃疡患者的资料69例进行回顾性分析，按治疗方法的不同分为泛酸组，B族维生素组与联合治疗组。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率高于B族维生素组与泛酸组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。B族维生素组与泛酸组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论泛酸与B族维生素联合治疗口腔溃疡临床治疗效果明显，且无不良反应，安全性高。
