医院研究型管理探索与思考

摘要

Hospital research-based management of the supporting forces include a sound hospital research-based management organization system. With evidence-based decision-making ideas and research-based management tools, construction of large data processing information platform, by in-depth analysis of the definition and characteristics of hospital research management. In the whole institute put forward the establishment of research-based management concept of the initiative, pay close attention to hospital-level key improvements. It is an important measure to promote the research-type management of department. I will be here in the hospital research-based management characteristics, how to achieve the hospital research-based management and hospital research-based management experience described below.%医院研究型管理的支撑力量包括健全医院研究型管理组织体系，具备循证决策思路与研究型管理工具，构建大数据处理信息化平台，通过深入分析医院研究型管理的定义与特征，在全院提出建立研究型管理理念的倡议，狠抓院级重点改进，推进科级研究型管理是医院研究型管理的重要体现举措。笔者在此将医院研究型管理特点、如何实现医院研究型管理及其医院研究型管理的实施心得阐述如下。
