目的：探讨曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选择2013年9月—2015年8月该院收治并诊断为慢性心力衰竭的100例患者,按照用药不同分为曲美他嗪组、阿托伐他汀组以及联合组,所有患者给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,曲美他嗪组在此基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗；阿托伐他汀组加用阿托伐他汀钙；联合组在常规治疗基础上联合使用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀钙治疗,治疗4周后,比较3组治疗前后FS、LVIDd、LVIDs以及LVEF值情况以及治疗效果。结果治疗后3组心功能各参数检测均较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05。曲美他嗪组与阿托伐他汀组比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。曲美他嗪组与阿托伐他汀组分别与联合组比较,FS、LVIDd、LVIDs以及LVEF均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性心力衰竭患者心功能较单独用药效果明显,且能够很好地改善患者FS、LVIDd、LVIDs以及LVEF,疗效显著。%Objective To explore the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium on heart function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 100 patients with chronic heart failure diag-nosed by our hospital were selected and divided into trimetazidine group, atorvastatin calcium group and combination group according to the difference of using drugs. All patients were given conventional anti-heart failure treatment, trimetazidine group received trimetazidine on this basis, atorvastatin calcium group added atorvastatin calcium, combination group re-ceived trimetazidine combine with atorvastatin calcium to treat on the basis of conventional treatment, after 4 weeks, com-paring FS, LVIDd, LVIDs and LVEF values and the effect before and after treatment in three groups. Results After treat-ment, cardiac function parameters of three groups were significantly improved compared with before (P<0.05), trimetazidine group and atorvastatin group were compared, the difference have significant difference(P<0.05). the two groups were respec-tively compared with the combined group, FS, LVIDd, LVIDs and LVEF have significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure has a obvious effect compared with individual drug, and it could improve FS, LVIDd, LVIDs and LVEF, the curative effect is remarkable.
