人工髋关节置换术后护理管理新进展

摘要

Complications incidence rate of hip arthroplasty postoperation was higher, postoperative implement high quality nursing management is of great significance to reduce the complications. Nursing management mainly include infection, deep vein thrombosis, hip dislocation, prosthesis loosening, pain, this paper were reviewed the nursing methods after hip arthroplasty in recent years. Providing reference for prevention of postoperative complications and improving the effect of surgery and patients' quality of life.%人工髋关节置换术后并发症发生率较高，术后实施优质护理管理对减少并发症具有重要意义。护理管理主要包括感染、深静脉血栓、髋关节脱位、假体松动、疼痛，该文对近年来人工髋关节置换术后护理方法进行综述，为预防术后并发症发生提供参考，提高手术效果及患者生活质量。
