人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用价值分析

         

摘要

目的:研究并探讨人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用价值。方法某医院自2014年1月开始在医院的护理管理中施行人性化管理模式,随机选取某医院2014年1—12月间收治的200例住院患者进行研究,将其设置为观察组;另随机选取某医院2013年1—12月间收治的200例住院患者进行对照,将其设置为对照组。对比这两个阶段的护理差错事件发生率、护理管理质量评分、护理服务满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的护理差错事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05),其护理服务满意度、护理管理质量评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在医院的护理管理中施行人性化管理模式,不仅能够有效减少护理差错事件的发生,提高护理管理质量,还能有效提高护理服务满意度,有利于促进护患关系的和谐发展。%Objective To study and discuss the application value of humanistic management mode in hospital nursing man-agement. Methods A hospital since the implementation of the humanized management mode in hospital nursing manage-ment begins in the January 2014, randomly selected from a hospital during January to December 2014 from 200 cases of hospitalized patients were studied, set it as the observation group; another randomly selected a hospital during January to December 2013 were 200 cases of hospitalized patients, set as the control group. Compare the incidence of nursing errors in these two stages, the quality of nursing management, nursing service satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and the scores of nursing service satisfaction and quality of nursing management were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion In the hospital nursing management implementation of humanized management mode, not only can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing error events, and improve the quality of nursing management, can effectively improve nursing service satisfaction, and to promote the harmonious development of the nurse patient relationship.
