综合性医院健康体检中心护理服务管理的体会

         

摘要

目的 探讨综合性医院健康体检中心的护理服务管理措施. 方法 选取该院健康体检中心2013年6月—2014年6月实施健康体检的980例人员,从贯彻"以人为本"的服务理念,实施全方位的护理服务管理手段两个方面展开优质护理服务管理工作,比较优质护理服务管理开展前后的效果. 结果 采取优质护理服务管理后,体检人员的体检时间、体检报告出具时间均得到有效缩短,护理满意度提升明显,实施优质服务管理后的护理效果明显优于未采取优质护理服务管理前,前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合性医院健康体检中心开展优质护理服务管理,不仅能够缩短体检时间和报告出具时间,还提升着护理满意度,具有重要的护理管理应用价值.%Objective To explore the management measures of nursing service in comprehensive hospital health examination center. Methods Selected 980 cases of health examination in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 , from the imple-mentation of the "people-oriented" service concept, the implementation of the full range of nursing service management means to start quality care management work, to compare the effect of quality care management to carry out before and af-ter. Results After taking quality nursing service management, the medical staff's physical examination time, the reporting time of the medical examination report were significantly shortened, the nursing satisfaction improved significantly, the nursing effect of the implementation of quality service management was significantly better than that of the high quality nursing service management, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive hospi-tal health examination center to carry out quality care management, not only can shorten the medical time and report issued time, but also to improve the nursing satisfaction, has important value for nursing management.
