PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce costs or labor with care services by transmitting/receiving information on nursing care by a radio telephone set and performing credit card settling processing for care service charges charged to a person to be attended himself/herself. SOLUTION: The care service system is provided with a radio telephone set 62 carried with a service worker 70, who applies care services to a person 70 to be attended, and a computer system 30a, which can be remotely accessed, installed in a care service business institution 30, which provides care services through the service worker 70, the computer system 30a is accessed by the radio telephone set 62, and the provided result information of care services applied to the person 60 to be attended is transmitted to the computer system 30a and stored by operating the radio telephone set 62.
