医院管理人才职业化培养途径的探讨

         

摘要

After getting rid of the restriction of the long-term planned economy management mode for our hospital industry in Chi-na, the competition between the industries from the medical resources to the talent competition is all bitter, but the competition between hospitals eventually depends on the talent competition, and the outstanding performance in the competition between man-agement is talent. For hospital survive in market economy environment, in addition to the hospital internal environment and rich medical resources, it should pay attention to the introduction and training of management personnel, play out better economic and social benefits of the hospital operation way to maximize, so as to promote the advantage position in the competition in the industry for the hospital. Therefore, the research will be important on how to cultivate a strong and efficient mode of management talent of modern hospital, and discuss the ways to grow the feasible.%我国各地区医院同行业之间的竞争日趋激烈,但医院之间的竞争最终还是取决于人才竞争,突出表现在管理人才之间的竞争。对于存活于市场经济环境下的医院而言,除了医院内部环境改善和医疗资源丰富之外,应当注重管理人才的引进与培养,更好地将医院运营的经济和社会效益以最大化方式发挥出来,这样才能提升医院在激烈的行业竞争中的优势地位。因此,研究现代医院如何培养出一支强有力和高效的管理人才模式,探讨其切实可行的培育途径显得尤为紧迫。
