摘要

Aiming at present situation, existing problems and training ways of the engineering management talent in China, we have performed the investigation by questionnaire. This paper introduced the design idea and main content of the questionnaire, and carried on the reorganization and analysis to the investigation data. Statistical data indicated that both quantity and ability of the engineering management professional personnel cannot meet the requirement of project construction and supervisory application in China. In the future, there is a large number of demands and gaps of engineering management professional personnel. So some approaches must be adopted, such as university education, engineering management practice, continuing education or training, as well as depending on the professional association or the system for the professional certification to cultivate engineering management professional personnel.
