精细化药房管理模式应用于医院门诊药房工作的效果

摘要

目的：探讨精细化药房管理模式在医院门诊药房工作中的应用体会。方法通过对医院门诊药房管理模式的改变，通过其差错率进行评价精细化药房管理模式的优越性。结果传统药房管理模式与精细化药房管理模式的差错率为0.9%与0.2%，并具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论作为医院对外的重要窗口部门，药房管理占据不可替代的地位，而随着社会经济的快速发展及时代要求，精细化药房管理模式让医院门诊、药房的工作效率以及质量得到有效化的提升。%Objective To investigate the application of refined pharmacy management mode in hospital outpatient pharmacy work experience. Method through the hospital outpatient pharmacy management mode change, through its error rate evaluation of superiority of fine pharmacy management mode. Results traditional pharmacy management mode with fine chemical pharmacy management mode error rate was 0.9% and 0.2%, and was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion as an important window of Foreign Department of hospital, occupy the irreplaceable position of pharmacy management, and with the rapid development of social economy and the requirement of times, fine pharmacy management mode of hospital outpatient pharmacy, let the work efficiency and quality can be effectively enhance.
