探讨健康教育对IBD患者生存质量的影响因素

         

摘要

Objective To study the effect of health education on the quality of life of IBD patients and provide reliable ex-perience for the future clinic. Methods 40 cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease in the Central Hospital of Jia-musi from June 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing and education, while the observation group adopted the health education interven-tion on the basis of the control group (telephone follow-up once two weeks for three months), and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated after three-month intervention. Results①There was no obvious difference between the two groups before intervention without statistical significance (P>0.05). ②The quality of life score in the group A was improved after three-month intervention compared with that before intervention (P<0.01), the quality of life score in the group B had no obvious improvement after three months or so without statistical significance (P>0.05), and the quality of life total score in the group A was obviously higher than that in the group B with statistical significance [(212.33±18.14) vs (197.24±19.21)] (P<0.01). ③The emotional and social scores in the quality of life scores after intervention in the group A were obviously higher than those in the group B and in the group A before intervention with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education for IBD patients contributes to improving the quality of life of them.%目的:探究健康教育对炎症性肠病(IBD)患者生存质量的影响,为今后临床提供可靠的经验。方法选取2015年6月-2015年12月的佳木斯中心医院诊断为炎症性肠病的患者中符合条件的患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例患者,给予对照组患者传统的常规护理及教育,在对照组的基础上给予观察组患者健康教育干预(电话追访2周1次,进行3个月),干预后的3个月后对观察组和对照组患者进行生存质量的评估。结果①A、B两组在进行干预前进行比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②在进行干预3个月后,A组较干预前生存质量评分有所提高(P<0.01);B组3个月前后生存质量评分无明显提高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组生活质量总分为(212.33±18.14)分明显高于B组(197.24±19.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3、A组干预后的生存质量评分中的情感、社会的评分明显高于B组及干预前的A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对IBD患者做好健康教育,有助于提高IBD患者的生存质量。
