基层医院检验科生物安全管理探讨

摘要

Because the disinfection equipment in the department of clinical laboratory in some primary hospitals at present is behind, the working staff is lack of the strong biology safety awareness and the implementation of biology safety system is not in place, the department of clinical laboratory has become the biggest biology safety hidden danger in the hospital, and in order to enhance the biology safety management in the department of clinical laboratory, we should enhance the biology safety awareness of the working staff, improve the working environment and standardize the handling of the medical waste in the department of clinical laboratory.%由于目前部分基层医院检验科消毒设备较为落后，工作人员没有强烈的生物安全意识，生物安全制度落实不到位等，导致检验科成为了医院最大的生物安全隐患。加强检验科的生物安全管理，应通过加强检验科工作人员的生物安全意识、改善检验科的工作环境、规范医疗废弃物的处理等几个方面来实现。
