真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式实践效果分析

     

摘要

Objective To analyze the teaching effect of real working situation-oriented nursing practice training model. Methods 100 cases of students in the nursing major in 2013 were randomly selected as the control group, and adopted the traditional practice training model and emulation teaching model, 100 cases of students in the nursing major in 2014 were selected as the observation group, and adopted the real working situation-oriented nursing practice training model, and the nursing skill examination score and recognition degree of students of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The difference in the nursing skill examination score between the control group and the observation group had statistical sig-nificance [(78.64±10.57) scores vs (88.39±11.63) scores], (t=6.20, P<0.05), and the affirmative answer proportion of motivat-ing learning interest, consolidating theoretical knowledge, improving the ability of solving practical problems, giving play to the team spirit and improving the social responsibility is high. Conclusion The teaching effect of real working situation-ori-ented nursing practice training model is higher, which can motivate learning interest, consolidate theoretical knowledge, im-prove the ability of solving practical problems, give play to the team spirit and improve the social responsibility.%目的:分析真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式教学效果。方法随机选择2013级和2014级护理学专业各100名学生作为研究对象,2013级学生为对照组,采用传统实习实训模式和“仿真模拟教学”模式,2014级为观察组,采用真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式,观察并比较两组的护理技能考核成绩和学生认可程度。结果对照组护生护理技能考核成绩为(78.64±10.57)分,观察组为(88.39±11.63)分,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(t=6.20,P<0.05)。两组学生肯定回答激发学习兴趣、巩固理论知识、提高解决实际问题能力、发挥团队协作精神、提高社会责任感的比例较高。结论真实工作情景导向的护理实习实训模式的教学效果较高,能激发学习兴趣、巩固理论知识、提高解决实际问题能力、发挥团队协作精神、提高社会责任感。
