Objective To study the status of TCT and HPV-DNA in the screening of cervical lesions. Methods The popula-tion receiving TCT and HPV-DNA examinations in recent years were collected and the detection value of TCT and HPV-DNA was analyzed. Results The positive rates of TCT, HPV-DNA and TCT+HPV-DNA in detecting CIN I, CINⅡ-Ⅲ, SCC had no difference, P>0.05, the positive rate of TCT combined with HPV-DNA was the highest in diagnosis of CIN I, P﹤0.05. Conclusion Adopting the biopsy guided by colposcope when necessary combined with TCT and HPV-DNA results can improve the diagnosis rate of cervical lesions and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.%目的:探讨TCT和HPV-DNA在宫颈病变筛查中的地位。方法收集该院接受TCT和HPV-DNA检查的人群,分析TCT和HPV-DNA检测价值。结果(1)TCT、HPV-DNA及TCT+HPV-DNA对检测CIN I、CINⅡ~Ⅲ、SCC的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对于诊断CIN I时,以TCT联合HPV-DNA治疗阳性率最高(P﹤0.05)。结论结合TCT和HPV-DNA两者的结果,必要时行阴道镜指导下的活组织检查,可提高对宫颈病变的诊断率、减少漏诊率。
