健康教育路径在精神分裂症患者中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨健康教育路径在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月—2015年8月在该院诊治的96例精神分裂症患者,将其依据随机方式划分为对照组和观察组,各组为48例,对照组选用传统方法开展健康教育工作,观察组运用健康教育路径实施健康教育,两组均采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、治疗依从性问卷及健康知识问卷予以评分比较。结果观察组完成健康教育路径之后,其NOSIE、治疗依从性及健康知识掌握情况评分相比于对照组,均高于后者且差异显著(P﹤0.05)。结论针对精神分裂症患者,对其采用健康教育路径举措施加管理,可帮助患者更好的掌握疾病健康知识,实现治疗依从性的提升,促进疾病尽早康复,还可实现患者生活质量的显著改善。%Objective To study the application effect of health education approach in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 96 cases of patients with schizophrenia diagnosed in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected and ran-domly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group chose traditional method for health education, the observation group applied health education approach for health education, and both groups were scored and compared by the observation scale of inpatients, treatment compliance questionnaire and health knowledge questionnaire. Results After finishing health education approach, the NOSIE, treatment compliance and health knowledge master scores in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group and the differences were obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The health e-ducation approach for patients with schizophrenia can help patients better master disease health knowledge, improve the treatment compliance and promote the disease recovery as soon as possible and obviously improve the quality of life of pa-tients.
