恶性肿瘤住院患者生存质量调查

摘要

Objective To research the survival quality and disease investigation of inpatients with malignant tumor. Meth-ods 204 cases of patients with malignant tumor diagnosed in our hospital from May 2011 to October 2015 were given ques-tionnaire; the correlation between the patient's own condition and survival quality of patients and correlation between the survival quality of patients and disease conditions of patients were analyzed according to the questionnaire results. Results The different cultural backgrounds, genders and ages had different effects on the survival quality of patients, and the good survival quality had a positive effect on the disease conditions of patients. Conclusion The patient’s own conditions such as the cultural and educational level, gender, age and income have a certain effect on the survival quality of patients, the sur-vival quality of patients has a certain effect on the disease condition of patients, and we should provide individual physical and mental nursing and treatment according to the patient’s own conditions.%目的：恶性肿瘤住院患者生存质量和病情的调查研究。方法就2011年5月—2015年10月来该院就诊的204例恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查，根据问卷调查的结果分析患者自身状况与患者生存质量高低的关系以及患者生存质量高低与患者病情之间的关系。结果不同的文化背景、性别、年龄等状况对于患者的生存质量有不同的影响，良好的生存质量对于患者的病情有积极影响。结论恶性肿瘤住院患者自身状况如所接受的文化教育水平，性别，年龄，收入等因素对于患者的生存质量均有一定程度的影响，患者的生存质量对于患者的病情存在一定程度的影响。我们应根据患者的自身情况，提供个性化的躯体、心理的护理、治疗。
