Objective To compare the effect of TP(test piece method), CAP(counting Agar plate method) and TTC(2,3,5-chloride three phenyl tetrazole) in food microbiological testing. Methods 70 cases of food samples which were need to be measured by the total number of colonies regarded as research subjects. TP, CAP and TTC were respectively tested. Re-sults Unqualified samples detection rate of TTC was 24.3% ,which was significantly higher than that of TP (7.1%)and CAP (11.4%) (P< 0.05). Conclusion Compared with TP and CAP, TTC has a lot of advantage,such as higher detection rate of the colonies, better sensitivity,et al.%目的:比较测试片法(test piece method,TP)、计数琼脂平板法(counting Agar plate method ,CAP)及琼脂倾注TTC平板法(2,3,5-chloride three phenyl tetrazole,TTC)对食品微生物菌落总数的测定效果。方法选取70例需进行菌落总数测定的食品样本作为研究对象,分别应用测试片法、计数琼脂平板法及琼脂平板法进行测定,对比三种方法的菌落总数超标样品检出率。结果 TTC法菌落总数超标检出率为24.3%,显著高于测试片法(7.1%)及计数琼脂平板法(11.4%),P<0.05。结论与TP及CAP相比,TTC法对于菌落总数超标样品的检出率更高、灵敏度更好。
