增压式真空预压在连云港软土地基处理中的应用

摘要

通过在对连云港地区软地基处理中增压式真空预压和直排式真空预压应用情况的对比试验，探讨了增压式真空预压和直排式真空预压的区别。根据孔隙水压力监测及工后检测结果，研究了增压式真空预压在增压段内的孔隙水压力变化，并对两种真空预压方式的处理效果进行对比，结果表明：增压管在真空预压过程中能够传递真空压力；在增压过程中，高压空气从增压管处向上进入膜下，导致膜下和正常排水板处真空压力降低，并没有达到增压的预期目的；两种真空预压方式对于地基的加固效果相当；增压式真空预压的加固原理及施工方法还有待进一步研究和改进。%Through the contrast test of the vacuum preloading with air pressure boost and the direct vacuum preloading in the soft ground treatment in Lianyungang area, we discussed the difference between the two methods. According to the pore water pressure monitoring and test results after work, we studied the change of pore water pressure of the vacuum preloading with air pressure boost, and compared the treatment effect of the two kinds of vacuum preloading method. The results show that:booster tube in the process of vacuum preloading can transfer vacuum pressure;during the pressurization process, the high pressure air from the booster tube enters the vacuum system, leading to the reduction of the vacuum pressure of the vacuum system and the expected goal of the air pressure boost is not achieved;the two kinds of vacuum preloading method for the consolidation effect of the foundation is quite;the reinforcement principle and construction method of the vacuum preloading with air pressure boost still needs further research and improvement.
