SNT2ZA suspension spring stress shot blasting machine is specially developed for high stress spring products,the purpose is to remove the spring produced in the process of residual stress,thereby improving the life of the suspension spring.This paper introduces the working principle and design points of the suspension spring stress shot blasting machine.%SNT2ZA悬架弹簧应力抛丸强化机是针对高应力弹簧而进行专门开发的产品,目的在于去除弹簧制作过程中产生的残余应力,进而提高悬架弹簧的寿命.介绍了悬架弹簧应力抛丸强化机的工作原理和设计要点.
