The device has a cable winch including a spring (30) coupled to a rope, and a cable-winch suspension (14) positioned above a person head. The rope is fixed at the suspension and coupled to the person. The cable winch length, elasticity of the spring and the positioning of the suspension are adapted, such that the person can bend upper part of the body around 30 degree from an erect position against the prestressing of the spring. An independent claim is also included for a usage of a suspension device for supporting suspension of a person.
