摘要

There are presented the results of experimental studies on evaluation of strain -hardening quality of springs in shotblast chamber in dependence on single charging mass (volume) and treatment time. The traditional checkup method by means of the Alman plate is shown to be illusory. The dependence of strain-hardening time on charging volume is found to be non-linear. For more complete using of shotblast jet energy, it is possible to increase charging volume.
