目的：分析老年冠心病心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的效果及安全性。方法随机选取该院2012年8月—2014年8月收治的80例冠心病心律失常老年患者为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，各40例，对照组患者采取单纯美托洛尔治疗，实验组患者则在对照组基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及心律失常相关指标情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率90.0%，与对照组的65.0%比较差异有统计学意义。两组治疗后室性早搏数（956.7±360.7）VS （1833.0±535.8）次、房性早搏数（125.0±43.6）VS（353.8±175.9）次及交界性早搏数（152.7±57.5）VS（431.2±162.5）次，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。另外，两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常疗效明确，不良反应少，安全可靠。%Objective To analyze the effect and safety of wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile ar-rhythmia induced by coronary heart disease. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in elderly patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups, each of 40 cases. Pa-tients in the control group received simple metoprolol treatment based on which those in the experimental group were given com-bined wenxin granule treatment. Clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and arrhythmia related indicators of two groups were compared. Results There was statistically significant difference between the total effective rate of the experimental group, 90%, and that of the control group,65%. After treatment, The premature ventricular contraction number of two the groups were (956.7 ±360.7) VS (1833.0±535.8), and atrial premature beat number (125.0±43.6) VS(353.8±175.9) and junctional premature beat number (152.7± 57.5) VS (431.2 ±162.5), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). In addition, the occurrence rate of adverse reac-tions of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of wenxin granule combined with meto-prolol in the treatment of senile arrhythmia induced by coronary heart disease is clear, safe, reliable and with less adverse reaction.
