目的：比较术前联合检查与前哨淋巴结检查技术对腋窝淋巴结转移情况判断能力差异。方法对2012年8月—2014年8月该院收治的57例乳腺癌患者分别行术前联合检查及前哨淋巴结活检，统计结果并分析。结果57例患者中联合检查的敏感性为58.3%，特异性为97.0%，准确性为80.7%。结论术前联合检查能够提高单独检查的诊断及预测腋窝淋巴结转移的能力，但是其比较前哨淋巴结活检技术仍存在差距。%Objective Purpose The purpose of this paper is to compare the difference in ability to judge the axillary lymph node metastasis between preoperative examination combined with ultrasound examination and SLNB. Methods The method described in this paper is to apply preoperative combined examination and SLNB to 57 breast cancer cases respectively and perform statistics and analysis. Results The result shows that among these 57 cases thesensitivity of combined examination was of 58.3%, specificity was of 97.0%, accuracy was of 80.7%. Conclusion This paper concludes that preoperative combined examination can improve the independent inspection ability to diagnose and prognose the axillary lymph node metastasis, but there is still a gap between preop-erative combined examination and SLNB.
