气相色谱法快速检测鲜牛乳中甲醛含量

摘要

为了建立准确检测鲜牛奶中人为加入甲醛含量的快速方法，对现有的气相法检测甲醛方法中的衍生试剂进行了研究，确定了使用乙睛溶解2，4-二硝基苯肼衍生剂，采用正己烷提取目标组分2，4-二硝基苯腙。然后通过加标回收率和重现性试验验证，各项指标都能够满足GB27404—2008对检测方法准确性和重现性的要求。%In order to establish an accurate and rapid method of detection for artificially added formaldehyde content in row milk, drivatization reagent for gas chromatographic detection of formaldehyde were discovered, using acetonitrile dissolved 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine derivative agent, then the target component 2,4 - Dinitrophenylhydrozones was extracted by the hexane.
