HPLC法测定黑米中矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷含量的不确定度评定

         

摘要

In this paper,the main purpose is to evaluate the uncertainty of determination of cyanidin 3-glucoside content in black rice by HPLC.Mathematical model was established.The uncertainties of factors in mathematical model were analyzed and calculated.The results showed that the uncertainty of cyanidin-3-glucoside concentration in the sample solution was the main source of U (X),in which,the uncertainties of curve fitting process is the most influential one,and standard solution preparation was the second most influential one.According to JJF1059-2012,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended,an expanded uncertainty of 0.058g/100g was obtained at the confidence probability of 95% and coverage factor of 2.The method provides reference for the uncertainty evaluation of cyanidin-3-glucoside content detection by HPLC.%评定HPLC法测定黑米中矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷含量的不确定度.建立相应的数学模型,运用测量不确定度的基本方法,对模型中各影响因素的不确定度进行计算和评定.结果表明样品液中矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷浓度的不确定度是合成不确定度的主要来源,其中影响最大的是曲线拟合过程带来的不确定度,其次是标准样品配制带来的不确定度;按照JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,当取置信概率95%,最终得到测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.058g/100g (k=2).本方法对HPLC法测定矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷含量结果的不确定度评定具有参考作用.
