蛋氨酸的生理功能及其在家禽生产上的研究与应用

摘要

蛋氨酸是家禽的第一限制性氨基酸，对家禽免疫功能、抗氧化能力和繁殖性能等方面有重要作用。本文综述了蛋氨酸的生理功能及其在家禽生产上的研究与应用研究进展。%As the fist limiting amino acid in poultry nutrition,methionine plays an important role in immune re-sponse,antioxidant ability and reproduction performance.This paper mainly reviewed its physiological functions and appli-cation in poultry production.
