不同壁材对过瘤胃葡萄糖微胶囊稳定性的影响

摘要

Using technology of fluidized bed,three rumen protected glucose(RPG)were respectively coated with three kinds of pH sensitive material,Ethyleellulose(EC),acrylic resin material(IV)and ehitosan(CS).The stability of RPGs was tested by the methods of digestion in vitro and rumen nylon bags.The results showed that the release rate of EC was the lowest.The release rate of EC were 9.5% ~ 15.52% and 11.82% ~ 35.69% when it was incubated in artificial saliva and the buffer solution (pH=6.6)for 2 ~ 24 h.With the increase of cultivation time,the rumen degradation of all the products increased.But after incubating for 2~24 h in the rumen,the release rate of EC was also the lowest,ranged from 26.68%~48.62%.The effective rate of RPC reached to 57.42%(k=0.03).Compared with the other two wall materials,the RPG pre-pared by the EC had a good stability.%本试验采用流化床包衣技术，制成三种分别由pH敏感的壁材乙基纤维素（EC）、聚丙烯酸树脂（IV）和壳聚糖（CS）作为包衣壁材的葡萄糖微胶囊。利用体外法和尼龙袋法对葡萄糖微胶囊包被效果进行评定。结果表明，体外培养试验中，EC微胶囊在人工唾液及pH为6.6的缓冲液中培养2～24 h，释放率分别为9.5%～15.52%和11.82%～35.69%，低于IV和CS。尼龙袋法测定瘤胃降解率，发现随着时间延长，三种产品的降解率均逐渐升高，但EC在2～24 h的释放率仍最低，为26.68%～48.62%，在瘤胃中的有效保护率达57.42%（k=0.03）。可见，用乙基纤维素包被葡萄糖可以得到稳定性较好的过瘤胃葡萄糖。
