“考试不许作弊”作为学校的一条规章制度存在已久，但作弊现象依然屡禁不止，甚至变本加厉。本文试图从公正的视角来分析规范的失陷、对考试作弊惩罚的合理性与必要性以及学校教育的关键。%"Never cheat on a test "has existed for a long time as a rule in schools. But it can't stop cheat on a test, and even the cheat on a test is becoming further intensified. This paper trys to analyse the fail of rules , the rationality and necessity of punishment on cheat on a test and the key of school education from perspective of justice.
