高等教育自学考试改革与发展战略的调查研究

摘要

为贯彻落实《教育规划纲要》任务要求、研究制定新时期的自学考试改革与发展战略规划，全国考办研究小组以书面调查问卷的形式广泛征求了自考战线上的意见和建议。通过对108份回收问卷进行归纳整理和系统分析，得出了有关自学考试面临的形势与自身存在的问题、改革的定位目标和主要内容、应厘清的内外部关系以及改革保障措施四个方面的初步结论。%In order to make the strategic outlines of the reform and development of the Self-taught Examinations system in the new period, the research team designed and distributed a survey to collect the opinions and suggestions from the related organizations and the scholars in a national wide. Through a data analysis to the 108 returned survey, this study reported and concluded with the four key issues:the new situation and problems in itself, the goal and content of reform, the inside and outside relationship need to be cleared, and insurance measures to the reform as well.
