Education examination institution should improve functions in accordance with requirements and improve service ability. Cultural soft power is an important factor that affects examination institution and the development of the examination cause. How to strengthen cultural construction has become an important subject for education examination institution. This paper analyses guidelines and vision of cultural construction for education examination institution from theoretical and practical aspects. It also clarifies basic thoughts and principles of cultural construction for education examination institution. Moreover, this paper summarizes platforms for strengthening cultural construction and suggests paths to cultural construction, in order to be used as references.
