国家教育考试立法现状及思考

摘要

China practices national education examination system. Because of the direct relationship with accesses to higher education and academic degrees, national education examinations draw the attention of all the society. The article analyses the current situation of national education examination legislation and provides several thoughts for improve the construction of education examinations system.%我国实行国家教育考试制度。国家教育考试因其与升学、学历直接挂钩而备受关注。本文通过对目前教育考试立法现状的分析，提出国家教育考试法制化建设的几点思考。
