中学教师远程研修障碍指标体系及影响因素研究

         

摘要

With the development of information technology, network-based teachers’ training has become more important for teachers professional development. However, inlfuenced by a lot of factors, there are still more problems on teachers’ distance training, such as study obstacle of distance training. It’s urgent to ifnd out the factors and the primary and secondary relations of distance training obstacle. This research has concluded the effect factors and subordinate index of restricting middle school teacher’s distance study obstacle by literature and survey research. It also investigates a part of middle school teachers to show the primary and secondary relations of the effect factors of middle school teacher’s distance study obstacle. We hope our result can provide reference to solve the study obstacle of teacher’s distance training.%利用网络开展网络研修,已经成为当前教师专业发展的重要途径。然而,受一些因素影响,基于网络的教师远程研修还存在着很多的问题,比如远程研修过程中的学习障碍。如何找到这些远程学习障碍因素以及主次要关系,是解决当前教师研修的急需问题。该研究通过文献研究和调查研究,总结出制约中学教师远程学习障碍的影响因素以及下级指标,并对部分中学教师进行了调查,总结出影响中学教师远程学习障碍因素的主次要关系,希望该研究结果能对解决教师远程学习障碍提供参考和借鉴。
