Those monitor information are associated with each other and integrated based on a message by monitor information integrating parts 13 and 23 so that integrated monitor information can be generated. The integrated monitor information is transmitted to a business process management server 4 so that the extent including at least a process instance where an obstacle has occurred and the process instances operating while being interlinked with the process instance can be displayed on a picture by a monitor information visualizing part 43 as an obstacle influence range based on the integrated monitor information.
