The empirical research and survey analysis from policy measures to education site show that the educational informatization tide as a symbol of electronic textbooks is not a revolution to traditional textbooks, education as well as learning, but a process of various education concepts and practice’s mutual collision and common evolution. Electronic textbooks and traditional textbooks complement each other in education and learning, and internalize new thoughts and paradigms of teachers, and students’ education and learning.
