基于视频公开课的翻转课堂教师培训模式

         

摘要

Guided by the idea of High quality resources popularization and sharing in "National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2011-2020)", the Ministry of Education launched the work of open video class construction. Video open class provides high quality resources for teachers’ professional development; lfipped classroom is an effective way of blended learning; the combination of them can realize the innovation and development of teaching content and method. On the basis of the literature review of resource-based teachers’ professional development, this paper put forward that video open class based lfipped classroom training mode for teachers should treat video open class as resource, carry out the design of training content system, personalized training strategy, training activity, training support service and three-dimensional training evaluation system.%在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2011-2020)》中关于高等教育优质资源普及共享的思想指导下,教育部启动了视频公开课的建设工作。视频公开课为教师专业发展提供了优质资源,翻转课堂是混合式学习的有效实现途径,二者的结合可以实现教学内容与教学方式的创新与发展。该文在对国内外基于资源的教师专业发展相关研究分析的基础上,提出了基于视频公开课的翻转课堂教师培训模式要以视频公开课作为资源,开展培训内容体系的设计、个性化培训策略的设计、培训活动的设计、培训支持服务的设计及立体的培训评价体系的设计。
