目的:评价计算机辅助和快速成型技术在胸外科肿瘤方面的临床应用。方法:对9例胸外科肿瘤患者,术前行CT血管成像扫描,应用Mimics10.0软件对骨组织和肿瘤进行三维重建,采用快速成型打印血管、肿瘤块,根据术前设计方案完成手术。结果:全部病例均进行胸肿瘤数字化三维重建,得到肿瘤的三维立体图像。可以方便地从任意角度和方向观察肿瘤情况,测量有关数据。在数字化模型上进行手术设计。术中发现打印模型与肿瘤实际情况完全一致,随访术后效果满意。结论:采用数字化技术和快速成型,进行术前模拟训练,设计手术,并发症减少,手术时间缩短,手术精确度提高。%Objective: Clinical application of the patients with thoracic neoplasm using computer-aided and rapid prototyping technology. Methods: 9 patients with thoracic neoplasm were selected,preoperative CT angiography was performed, three-dimensional reconstruction and design bone and tumor tissues using mimics 10.0 software and rapid prototyping. Results: All patients were taken CT scanning and made three-dimensional construction of thoracic neoplasm. using the digital models, we can analyze thoracic neoplasm from any angles or any orientations, as well measure data, design operation and imitate the process. All 9 patients were undertaken operations successfully and effectively. Conclusions: To design individual models with computeraided design technology is a useful method for treatment of thoracic neoplasm, which short operation time and reduce complication, improve accurately.
